Returning Healthcare Back to the Provider and Patient

We all know something needs to be done to address our long-term health care needs. The current system is fraught with issues including enclosed markets, excessive litigation, unequal participation, and uncontrolled pricing. Where possible we need to open the health care market to true competition to increase options and lower cost, bring the decision making process back to the provider and patient, and systemize malpractice cases through arbitration.
